Sencha Green Tea - Buddha Teas Review

Product Description
In Japan, this tea’s country of origin, sencha is practically synonymous with green tea, or even tea of any kind. More than 80% of all tea produced in Japan is sencha, a testament to its immense popularity. Unlike most Chinese green tea varieties, which are pan-fired to protect the flavor, sencha leaves are rolled and lightly steamed, giving them a delicate and refreshing flavor. The tea is also highly versatile, and can change according to the water temperature it steeps in - warm water provides a light flavor, while hot water can become stronger and more bitter. This makes it easy to customize sencha to your own personal preference.

Healthy and Invigorating

The freshness of the tea leaves in sencha also helps to preserve many of its positive effects, including its many vitamins, minerals and other micronutrients, as well as the many antioxidants green tea is known for. Each sip of sencha provides you with a natural boost of B and C vitamins, along with minerals like manganese, iron, phosphorus and potassium. It also provides light amounts of caffeine for a pleasantly invigorating quality.

Experience A Refreshing Cup of Sencha

With its light, appealing flavor, refreshing quality and positive benefits, a good cup of sencha can be an excellent pick-me-up any time of the day. If you’re interested in trying a high quality cup of sencha for yourself, look no further. Today I will be doing a review on the Sencha Green tea Produced from Buddha Teas. First let me start off by saying I have tried many Sencha green tea's None of which tasted as good and rich as this one did. This Sencha Green tea had such a sweet an creamy flavor to it, I did not need to put any creamer, milk, or sugar in it. The packaging itself is very unique, and cute and the tea bags are the perfect size. The steeping time is barely nothing I boiled the water in and put the tea bag in for about 3 minutes and achieved full flavor!
