Today I will be doing a review on the Super Plain protein. I have tried many protein shakes before, I mainly use them to keep myself full through out the day. Normally I never feel full with these type of products however this one kept me full and held me over until it was time to eat a meal. The flavor was absolutely amazing, and left no nasty after taste in my mouth!
