Directions

I had the chance to try and review Omega-3 supreme from life and food. I have never tried Omega-3's before so I was unsure how it would make me feel or if it would even work! I was surprised to see that it could aid in my immune system support which over the past few wintery months it was much needed! One thing a lot of you might not know is me and any type of pills do NOT work. In the past after taking any types of medication I would either not feel good, or even throw up!
