Today I will be doing a review on the Ambronite SuperMeal. I have never tried a product like this one before, I have tried shakes to qurb your cravings but nothing to actually give you all of the proteins and vitamins needed. They recommend one whole package which was fine, however I found that doing half in the morning and half throughout the day when feeling hungry worked better for me. You can try this many different ways I tried it 3 different ways which I will go over; The first way I tried it was just with some water and shaking it. I found that the product was kinda grainy and I did not like the texture so I decided to try it a different way. I also tried it by blending it up with some fruit and yogurt to make a fruit smoothie it tasted amazing, and blended very nicely. The last way I tried this product was a little weird I actually tried it in pancakes. I blended up the Supermeal with pancake mix, and made the pancake like normal. The pancakes tastes amazing and left me feeling full for about 5-7 hours! I think everyone would get a benefit from using this product however I think people would have to play around with it and find a way they like it! I would recommend this to anyone on the go, trying to lose weight, or someone just looking for a easier way to eat!

Today I will be doing a review on the Wild Vanilla powder. First off let me start off by saying I always use creamer & sugar in my coffee, and when reading up on the things you can use this powder for & seeing that you can put it in coffee & tea for a flavor enhancer I was sold!
